Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide! As part of our ongoing sustainability efforts, we ship all of our orders from the manufacturing hub where Kraf Pekoe products are made.
Eliminating extra fulfillment centers might mean your order will take a little longer to arrive, but every air mile we avoid saves approximately 24kg of CO₂ from entering the atmosphere.
All orders placed on krafpekoe.com are subject to a 1-3 business day processing window before shipment. Once shipped, here are the estimated delivery times based on your location:
Delivery Times
- Domestic: 📦 7-14 Business Days
- International: ✈️ 12-25 Business Days
When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Shipping Methods
Please note: all orders require a 3-5 business day processing period before shipment.
- 🐢 No Rush Shipping – Delivered within 12-30 business days after processing.
- 🚚 Standard Shipping – Delivered within 10-20 business days after processing.

Changes to Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, we cannot modify it (including delivery address, shipping method, or item(s) within the order).

Verify Your Shipping Address
- Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We do not replace or refund orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
- Once shipped, we no longer have control over the delivery. If your package is lost, stolen, or missing, we recommend opening a claim with the shipping courier.

Refunds
- We do not issue refunds for orders that are marked as "Delivered" by the courier. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, please contact your local post office to file a claim.

Tracking Numbers
- Tracking numbers can be found in your shipping confirmation email. They may take up to 48 hours to update in the system.

Return Shipping Costs
- If you need to make a return, return shipping costs are not covered. However, we can issue a return label, and the cost will be deducted from your refund.

Our Fulfillment Centers
- Orders may ship from our domestic fulfillment center or our international shipping facility, depending on stock availability.

Shipping Fees
- We do not upcharge shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
